Inaccurate GitHub repository citation classification due to a broad substring check.

Technical Positioning
Precise and unambiguous attribution of GitHub citations, distinguishing between target repositories and similarly prefixed third-party repositories.
SaaS Insight & Market Implications
This bug introduces significant inaccuracies into NiubiGEO's brand visibility reports by misclassifying GitHub repository citations. The current substring check for repository URLs leads to false positives, attributing mentions to a target repository when the actual link points to a similarly named, but distinct, project. This directly distorts competitor analysis and brand mention tracking, making it impossible for clients to accurately gauge their GitHub presence versus related projects. Correcting this to strictly match the owner/repository is critical for maintaining data integrity and ensuring that third-party citations are not erroneously conflated with direct brand mentions.

[Bug]: GitHub repository citations can match repositories with the same path prefix

## What happened?

When a target is associated with a GitHub repository, citation classification uses a substring check for `github.com//`. This can classify a different repository with the same path prefix as the target repository.

For example, a target repository `foo/bar` can be treated as cited when an answer links to `github.com/foo/barista`

## Steps to reproduce

1. Configure a target with GitHub repository `foo/bar`.
2. Analyze an answer that contains `github.com/foo/barista`
3. Inspect the citation classification.
4. The citation can be classified as `target_github` even though it points to a different repository.

## Expected behavior

Only the configured `owner/repository` should be classified as `target_github`. Repository subpages such as `/issues/1` or `/releases` should still count for the target repository, while similarly prefixed repositories such as `barista` should remain third-party citations.

## Environment

- NiubiGEO commit: e6b9533
- OS: Windows 11
- Node.js: v25.2.1
