Core functionality gaps in Shape Layers, Effect Controls, and Project Panel

Technical Positioning
Feature parity with 'typical AE experience'; professional-grade compositing and motion graphics capabilities
SaaS Insight & Market Implications
This extensive list reveals significant functional deficiencies in effectcraft's core Shape Layers, Effect Controls, and Project Panel, directly referencing 'typical AE experience' as the benchmark. The inability to manage multiple shapes within a single layer, inconsistent copy/paste/duplicate behavior for contents, and missing fundamental fill/stroke options indicate a product far from professional utility. These are not minor enhancements but foundational elements expected in any serious motion graphics or compositing tool. The lack of context menus further impedes workflow efficiency. Addressing these gaps is critical for effectcraft to be considered a viable alternative to established tools, as their absence severely limits creative control and workflow efficiency, hindering adoption by experienced users.

[EffectCraft 0.4.0] - Misc. Missing Features

Apologies if this needs to be split into multiple issues; these were just my general notes on things that were missing from the typical AE experience:

## Shape Layers

- [ ] Add the **Contents > Add** menu.
- [ ] Add **Fill Options** and **Stroke Options**.
- None / Solid Color / Gradient / Radial Gradient / Layer Styles / Opacity
- [ ] Add **Tool Creates Shape** and **Tool Creates Mask** options to the toolbar when the Shape/Pen Tool is in use.
- [ ] Support multiple shapes/layers within **Shape Layer(s) > Contents**.
- [ ] Allow adding basic shapes and other **Shape Layer > Contents** items into empty Shape Layers.
- Currently, the **Pen Tool** can add a path, but creating other basic shapes generates a new Shape Layer.
- [ ] Allow copying and pasting **Contents** between Shape Layers.
- The Pen Tool can add multiple Contents items, but copying and pasting them between Shape Layers does not work.
- [ ] Fix `Ctrl + X` / `Ctrl + V` behavior for Contents items.
- Cutting works, but pasting creates a new Shape Layer instead of inserting the Contents item.
- [ ] Fix `Ctrl + D` behavior for Contents items.
- Currently duplicates the entire Shape Layer instead of the selected Contents item.
- [ ] Investigate **Effects > Turbulent Displace** only affecting shapes in the bottom-right quadrant.

## Effect Controls

- [ ] Add right-click context menu support within the **Effect Controls** panel to show/select effects.

## Project Panel

- [ ] Add right-click context menu op...

Ah ok, normally the color menu opens when you click the "8 bpc" button in the corner under the files list. In this implementation the button just toggles to 16 or 32 bit. It would be better if this...

Im not agreeing here I always hated it that Color Settings opens on the bit depth window and dont have a proper designated Setting per Project basis. I would even go so far and say pleeeease give u...
