File system access control for MCP (Multi-Craft Protocol) tools.

Technical Positioning
Secure and confined file operations, consistent with other Craft family applications.
SaaS Insight & Market Implications
This issue identifies a critical security vulnerability: unrestricted file system access within FigCraft's MCP tools. The absence of read/write roots allows any client or agent to access or modify arbitrary files, posing a significant data integrity and security risk. This deviates from established security practices within the broader "Craft" application family, which already implements confinement mechanisms. The lack of consistent security posture across related products creates an exploitable weakness and undermines user trust. Market implications include potential enterprise adoption barriers due to compliance concerns and increased risk of data breaches, directly impacting the product's viability in secure environments.

MCP file tools accept any path; add read/write roots

Split out of #468. Checked against `main` (`8482c3e`).

In `crates/mcp/src/tools.rs` (around 733–751), `open_file`, `save_file`, `export` and `file.exportLayers` pass the given path through unchanged, and there's no read/write root option. An MCP client, or a prompt-injected agent, can read or overwrite any file the user can.

Other apps already have opt-in roots: VectorCraft (`--automation-read-root` / `--automation-write-root`, storytold/vectorcraft#832), DesignCraft (storytold/designcraft#604), WordCraft (storytold/wordcraft#798, from storytold/wordcraft#769) and DeckCraft (storytold/deckcraft#247 / storytold/deckcraft#373). The same switches here would let users confine it.

I'm working on this (and , which looks like the same bug): I'll reproduce the "…" text options popover growing on Windows and keep its size fixed as the pointer moves in and out. PR soon.
