gpu-unlock module's core unlocking mechanism, specifically related to GSP (GPU System Processor) state handling and memory region validation.

Technical Positioning
gpu-unlock aims to reliably unlock FP/BF16 performance on Nvidia 3000 series GPUs across various system configurations.
SaaS Insight & Market Implications
This issue exposes critical regressions in `gpu-unlock`'s core functionality, where a newer commit (`fc83321`) fails to unlock dual RTX 3090s, while an older parent commit (`c274e74`) succeeds. The failures stem from two distinct, low-level hardware interaction problems: a `GSP HALTED` state that persists across resets, causing `poll timeout` errors, and an incorrect `WPR2` memory region validation. These indicate a fragile dependency on specific GSP firmware behaviors and memory layouts, which can vary across GPU VBIOS versions or system boards. The developer pain point is the inherent complexity of reverse-engineering and maintaining compatibility with proprietary NVIDIA firmware, where minor code changes can introduce significant instability. Market implications include reduced reliability and increased support burden, as users encounter inconsistent unlock success rates, hindering broader adoption for multi-GPU or diverse hardware setups.

fc83321 fails to unlock 2x RTX 3090 (GSP HALTED wait, WPR2 end check, SEC2 PRI error); c274e74 works

`fc83321` fails to unlock two RTX 3090s on every cold boot. `c274e74` (its parent) unlocks both cards on the same machine, and `nvidia` binds them normally.

### Setup

- Cards: 2x RTX 3090 `10de:2204`
- `0000:01:00.0` MSI `1462:3884`, VBIOS `94.02.42.00.F1`
- `0000:16:00.0` NVIDIA `10de:1454`, VBIOS `94.02.59.00.AE`
- Board: MSI PRO X670-P WIFI, Ryzen 9 9900X, `amd_iommu=on iommu=pt`
- OS: Fedora 44, kernel `7.2.11-200.fc44.x86_64`, dracut, `make rpm`
- Driver: NVIDIA 615.71.09 open kernel module
- `gpu_unlock.targets=all`, cold boots (`entry: ... wpr2_hi=0x0`)

### Failure 1: GSP HALTED never clears after reset (`fc83321` as is)

```
Falcon reset done: base=0x110000 hwcfg=0x67f7 chip=0xb72000a1
poll timeout: reg=0x110100 last=0x10 mask=0x10 expected=0x0 budget_us=1000
failure unlock_610.c:735 unlock_transaction_fwsec error=-110 ...
```

`gu_falcon_hs()` now waits 1 ms for `CPUCTL.HALTED` to clear before DMA/STARTCPU. RM (`kgspExecuteHsFalcon_GA102`) has no such wait, and neither did `c274e74`. These boards keep HALTED set across the reset.

### Failure 2: WPR2 high must equal the 1 MiB reserve end

After tolerating the stale HALTED for the GSP only:

```
FWSEC WPR2: low=0x5ffe000 high=0x5ffee00 expected_page=0x5ffe00 end=0x5fff00000
failure unlock_610.c:737 unlock_transaction_fwsec error=-5 ...
```

FWSEC-FRTS returns a `0xe1000`-byte region. The new `(hi + 1)

This would be definetly also interesting for 4070 Ti Super, as it also uses the AD103. I have this GPU here, so I could test this if somebody gives me a small guide on what to modify and what tests...
