My Verizon For Business

Its been a week since my verizon business app is not working my app is updated and it still doesn’t work

Great app! However the personal verizon app is much smoother! Thats why I gave it 4 stars!

I’ve never had a good experience with this app, it’s so buggy and trash. I hope Verizon fixes this app. It’s a shame such a profitable company can’t make a half decent app.

I am still being charged for the “free phone.” Can’t wait to switch back to straight talk.

Just posting this review has taken so long and multiple attempts. The Internet with Verizon Business Wireless is awful, at least that’s the case here in the north east of the USA.
Also, I’m dealing with dropped calls and texts that take minutes to send. I hate it, but I’m locked in.

And they’re over charging me. When the discrepancy was discovered I was told the only way to correct the over charging is to call customer service every month for my entire three year contract to have the bill manually adjusted. That’s what I do now, every month 😵‍💫.
The customer service agents never understand why I’m calling no matter how many “notes” they add to my account. The call takes 30mins to an hour every call.

Excellent service and Professional

I’ve had to pay for Internet services for over a year now when they’ve never been able to provide Internet at my home you shouldn’t be able to charge someone for Internet when you are not capable of providing the Internet in our home we have jumped through all the hoops we’ve gotten different boxes we’ve done all these different things and yet you guys still have never been able to provide Internet in our home But yet we have to pay the bill. That’s not right if you are unable to provide the service, I should not have to pay for the service that I’m not even getting.

The app is good overall. When I wanted to suspend one of the lines in my business account,it's not been easy to do so. I had to wait three days to complete the suspension. I think,one should be able to complete simple transactions like suspending a line without delay for days.

I had bad service for almost two weeks and when the tech find the problem after I had to call Apple to troubleshoot my device and got approved to replace it and the Verizon technical support decided to send it as a regular delivery instead of leave it as a next day
Ian’s that made me lose a lot of business cause I couldn’t receive or make any calls also my data was working
That made a bad experience and ended losing some clients

Great service affordable exactly what I need

I’ve called 3 times and cannot get my billing problem solved. How can I escalate this to get someone to solve the issue?

I have always had very good relationships with the representatives I have dealt with.

The app wants you to either autopay, or enter a CVV code each time. No Apple Pay, no reminders.
