I love the option to do a quick 5 minute routine. I love the walk through of each exercise. I love the notifications that tell me to get moving. And most of all, I love that it WORKS! I never thought I’d be able to touch my toes again and here I am after 23 days!! Thank you Bend!!!

I’ve been using Bend for a while now, and I genuinely love it. After years of dealing with spinal stenosis, it’s helped me stay consistent with daily stretching, and the difference in how I feel has been dramatic.

One feature I especially appreciate is the gentle reminders when the day is getting away from me and I haven’t completed my routine. They’re just enough to keep me accountable without feeling intrusive.

Consistency has made all the difference, and Bend has become an important part of my daily routine. I’m a very happy customer and plan to keep using it for years to come.

Five stars—highly recommended!

Bad you have to pay

I love being able to create my own stretching routines sometimes or other times use theirs —that still provides so many custom options and can really personalize it for you such that you look forward to stretching and enjoy it- especially once getting in the habit which I think this app really helps with. Highly recommend! The free version is one of the few good free things left in this App Store!!

It has changed my life! And I mean that. I never used to stretch (or very rarely) but now I do it everyday without fail. It has helped build up such a positive habit in my life. I literally got up out of bed the other night to do a stretching routine because I forgot to during the day. And also I don’t want to break the streak! It’s a fun incentive.
Deviant_Panda • Aug 5, 2026
I love the ease in which you can get to the exercises and perform them. I like the structured and simple user interface. I’ve been able to easily make it a part of my routine after struggling for so long with other apps
Leontine77 • Aug 4, 2026
I find the app itself very useful. But even though I have a subscription and pay for Bend, every single time I use it I still get an annoying upgrade screen before I can even get in the app and then as soon as the workout is over, there’s a loud upgrade ad that blasts. All very unnecessary.
Dinderbean • Aug 4, 2026
It’s just the right amount of time and level to help me stretch out before bed without feeling like I need another shower afterwards.

The best app that is available and very easy to use
zemmancoplio • Aug 3, 2026
I love how Bend demonstrates how to do the stretches, the benefits and the why behind it! I also love how convenient it is sending reminders and building routines for you. It’s one of my favorite apps I recommend it to everyone! It has truly made my joints and extremities feel so relaxed and flexible!
IaStitcher • Aug 2, 2026
I’m not paying for an app in the first second of getting it. Offer a free trial; if it works for me, I would happily pay for it.
mjplans • Aug 1, 2026
You asked for a review of your app before the application is even fully loaded, let alone utilized. Seems kind of silly that’s all.
PhilthyJabroni • Aug 1, 2026
The consistency it helps create in a daily routine to help your body feel good.
laninax3 • Aug 1, 2026
As a yogi who recently moved, I’ve struggled to find a studio that feels like home. Bend has been the perfect bridge, helping me stay consistent instead of falling out of my practice. I’m working on improving my flexibility and loosening up my joints, and this app has made it easy to keep moving wherever I am. So glad I found it!
Tntky • Aug 1, 2026
I love the number of routines and the custom routine builder.
I would like to be able to save my own routines in categories of “for strength” or “for flexibility” or even find plans that string several routines together over a period of time to achieve goals in strength/flexibility/wellness
