Cannot get this app to do anything. And the nudges about how I could automate my expenses when my organization blocks those features is infuriating.
Used this for 4 years now. No clue why they updated the interface the way that they did. Ultra confusing now.

Kinda ridiculous that an app that scans images can’t support PDF
We constantly have credit card expenses that do not sync to expensify.
This app used to be good, it wasn’t great. There are definitely things I would change. I would love to keep all of my expenses as reimbursable because all of my expenses are reimbursable. But I can’t change that as a default. The whole new UI and changing the names of everything just makes it confusing. I keep getting alerts from the concierge that there’s a problem with my receipts and then I asked the concierge what the problem is and they say there’s no problem. One time they told me to go to the inbox and look for the red dot on the expense report, and there wasn’t anything in the inbox. So frustrating it takes me twice as long to put receipts in now cause I have to do it twice.
What is going on. Absolutely horrible. Nothing works. Switch back to the old version of Expensify. “NEW” Expensify is terrible. Whoever developed this and gave the ok to rollout should be fired.
Keeps crashing, good when it works, but have lost several receipts that were uploaded.

Recent updates have failed everyone. This app hasn’t been reliable for the past 6 months. Who’s in charge here?
What once was a great app is no longer. It seems like the app becomes more data reliant with each update. The bugs with limited service are basically unworkable now.
UPDATE: It’s seems like they’ve doubled down on their bad programmers, and now receipts are completely missing data.

Developers do something. I’m at the airport, you forced me to download the latest version and it keeps closing unexpectedly whenever I click an option on the left side menu. Can’t submit my work expenses. This version is a total failure

Always takes forever to load and needs me to log back in most of the time. Conflicting messages of “I have a report to submit” or “report is waiting approval”. Can I just get one definite answer and not have to guess.
