Trouble connecting to my Fitbit
The fact you keep denying me confetti when I reach a goal is the reason I’m never going to be interested in your advertisers. That’s terrible that you would allow the app to do this.
The past 4 days it has not synced all steps according to my Fitbit

It does not work when I have my phone close and when I at school
I love this app but it has giving me a few problems
I have a fit bit, I dont want to connect google health to apple health just for this app to pick up on my steps accurately. there is a discrepancy between steps recorded between goole health and the step up app. I see NO reason then to have to add Apple health. This should work directly, for step counting, and not this convoluted 3rd party data pass around rigermarole.
It doesn’t track your workouts progress as “your stepping”
I use it every day
I’m missing two weeks worth of steps and I feel like all of my steps aren’t being counted.
This app was working fine for about a week for a step challenge I have going, but then alerted me that it won’t support my Fitbit and only will track steps through my AppleHealth app on my phone. I’m consistently getting more steps than the app is logging, and it’s affecting my step challenge. Overall: disappointing.
For what my friends and I need it for, a way to keep each other accountable for our walking goals, it’s perfect. Definitely keeps us motivated, down to the built in bots that keep us on our toes (gotta beat them too lol). We can directly chat with each other right in the app and send accolades (or challenges lol). Nice app.
