群聊头像这部分我已经在 `main` 里修了一版：8172e6fb0e15113400f9ef6cd2e0702704386b55。现在 hall 头像不再依赖 `/hall-avatars/*.png` 导出的静态文件，而是复用员工页已经在用的 pixel canvas 渲染器，所以不应该再出现 `Hall avatar file not found` 这类 404。
这条 issue 里还提到了“网关 / 配置一直异常”，那部分我先不直接关，因为它可能是另一条连接或环境问题。麻烦更新到最新 `main` 后再试一下；如果网关仍然异常，请贴一份新的 diagnostics，我们继续按新的日志排。

- 员工配置明细现在会识别 `name / displayName / alias`，并展示 `description / role / mission / note` 这类自定义说明
- 员工页新增了“最近会话”区域，会按员工列出最近观察到的会话，并补上任务关联、模型和可见的 token 总量
我先不急着关这个 issue，因为你提到的“更完整的历史会话浏览”和“直接在控制中心里编辑员工自定义信息”仍然值得继续做。
如果你愿意，后续我们可以把下一步拆成两条：一条做更完整的历史筛选 / 分页，一条做安全的自定义信息编辑入口。

这条我先做了一轮收敛，但还没到我愿意直接关单的程度，所以先继续开着。已经进 `main` 的优化在 `8f866ad`，包括：
- 去掉启动时无关的 replay warmup
- 把 replay / avatar 相关加载改成按需
- 给 office presence 加了 in-flight 去重
- 把一批非当前 section 的模板生成改成按需
我这边 profiling 看到 overview 冷启动已经从更糟的 3 秒级别回到大约 1.5 秒左右；现在更重的剩余热点更像是 memory / shared-data 这两块，不是 hall API 本身。
这条我会继续跟，后面再单独拆下一轮。

We have merged multiple Windows-related fixes since this report. Please retest on the latest `main` and include the full console output from the current run. Also let us know whether you are using PowerShell, CMD, Git Bash, or WSL, because that changes the likely failure mode. I'll keep this open pending a current repro log.

If the page is still not reachable, please reply with: 1) the exact start command you used, 2) the terminal output, and 3) whether `http://127.0.0.1:` opens locally or the port never binds. I'll keep this open until we confirm the current behavior.
