Bookmarks popover interaction.
Technical Positioning
Standard user interface (UI) interaction and accessibility for navigation features. The product aims for a functional and intuitive user experience.
SaaS Insight & Market Implications
This bug in the bookmarks popover directly impedes core navigation functionality, rendering bookmarks effectively unusable. The popover closing prematurely upon hover creates a critical usability barrier, preventing users from selecting bookmarks or accessing management options. This represents a severe UX defect, transforming a convenience feature into a source of frustration. For a B2B SaaS browser, such fundamental interaction failures undermine productivity and user satisfaction. It suggests a lack of robust UI event handling, which can lead to broader instability. Addressing this is essential to ensure basic browser features function as expected, preventing user churn and maintaining competitive parity in user experience.

Bug: Bookmarks popover closes when hovering over a bookmark
Clicking the bookmark door at the bottom of the column opens the bookmarks popover as expected, but moving the pointer onto the bookmarks inside it closes the popover. That makes it hard to reach any bookmark, or "Add This Page" / "Manage Bookmarks…" buttons at the bottom of the popover.
Reproduction:
1. Click the bookmark icon next to the home button at the bottom of the tab column.
2. The bookmarks popover opens.
3. Move the pointer up over the list of bookmarks.
4. The popover closes before anything can be clicked.
