keyboard shortcut hints do not display when pressing alt

When pressing `alt` on the keyboard, Excel should display visual indicators on top of the menu bar for keyboard shortcuts.

- after pressing `alt`, an indicator for `H` for Home, `N` for Insert, `P` for Page Layout, `Q` for search, etc, are displayed
- pressing `alt` again toggles the indicators off
- if user navigates somewhere (e.g. alt + n), visual indicators are displayed for sub-menu items
- e.g. after pressing alt + n, indicators for `V` for Pivot Table, `T` for table, etc, are displayed

Misc note: the `alt + q` search bar is also missing altogether, along with many other expected keyboard shortcuts
