UI/navigation bugs in tv-detox related to focus indication and scroll snapping.

### Describe the Bug
There are two UI/navigation issues when using the D-pad/remote to navigate the main screen:
1. **Wi-Fi Icon Focus/Selection Shape:** When hovering over or selecting the Wi-Fi icon, the selection highlight displays as a square instead of a circle, which looks visually broken compared to the circular icon design.
2. **Missing Scroll Snap at Top and Bottom Edges:**
- **Top edge:** When navigating up to the top elements (like the Wi-Fi icon), the view does not properly snap to the very top of the screen (it requires pressing "Up" again or leaves the top partially cut off/unaligned).
- **Bottom edge:** Similarly, when navigating down to the last items at the bottom, the screen does not snap all the way down to the bottom edge cleanly.
### Expected Behavior
- **Wi-Fi Icon:** The focus/hover indicator on the Wi-Fi icon should be circular (matching the icon shape) rather than a square box.
- **Scrolling / Focus Navigation:** Navigating to the top-most items (such as the Wi-Fi icon) should automatically snap the scroll view all the way to the top edge, and selecting the bottom-most items should cleanly snap the scroll view to the bottom edge.
